Houston Continues Clean-Up

On August 25th, 2017, Hurricane Harvey made landfall in Texas. Over the next five days, Harvey proceeded to dump over 40" of rain in the Houston area. Two weeks later, parts of Houston are still closed due to the flooding and families are trying to rebuild

Equity Staffing Group in Houston has been volunteering in neighborhoods to help those that were destroyed by the flooding. Our team volunteered last Friday to help one neighborhood that had numerous homes destroyed by over 4' of water. We helped them remove everything from waterlogged mattresses and sofas to drywall, flooring and baseboards. Words cannot describe the loss that some families have endured but we witnessed communities coming together to help rebuild. #HoustonStrong
