Specific Duties:

CMS rules and regulations
Hospital and payer credentialing
Submit applications to the hospitals and plans we are contracted with
Do quarterly review of rosters with payers to ensure there are no fallouts.
Licensure tracking and renewal.
Must have qualifications/experience:

High school graduate or GED equivalent
Credentialing/Licensing Experience
CAQH knowledge, Symplr payer, Medicare, Pecos, Medicaid
Healthcare background
Administrative Experience
Strong Computer Skills
Knowledge of medical terminology is preferred.

Equity Staffing has an exciting new opportunity as an Energy Services Operations and Data Analyst! As Energy Services Operations and Data Analyst, you will be responsible for daily operations of specific revenue generating Energy Service programs, including enrollment administration, customer / device registration processes, Electric Vehicle charger operations and performance data reporting. The Analyst will be responsible for documenting procedures, implementing repeatable processes and proposing efficient, automated processes. You will be supporting a leading participant in North American wholesale electricity markets, utility smart Electric Vehicle charging programs, and assist with carbon credit market participation.

Location: San Carlos, CA (Remote)
$23-$27/hr

Responsibilities:
• Provide daily support regarding enrollment and eligibility into energy services programs, including managing Distributed Energy Resources (DERs) participation, i.e, from smart Electric Vehicle charging stations
• Daily operational and administrative management of DERs for participation in energy services programs
• Create, maintain and compile periodic performance data reporting for energy service programs
• Assist with reporting and administration of EV charging station participation in carbon credit programs
• Routine and ad hoc data analysis and investigations for internal and external inquiries to energy services programs
• Provide input for process improvements and automation that streamline programs
• Create self-service materials for customers regarding energy services programs

Qualifications:
• 1-3 years of experience in data analytics, business, operations, or finance
• Proficiency in spreadsheets and document handling - G-suite and Office
• Very detail oriented and organized
• Strong communication skills with managers and other internal stakeholders
• Demonstrated interest and passion for renewable energy, cleantech and /or automotive sectors
• Proven project and process management track record
• Adaptive personality, ability to work under ambiguity and without constant oversight
• Desire to take ownership and responsibility over work quality and integrity

Preferred Qualifications:
• BS in Engineering, Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Energy or other related technical, finance or business domain, or proven coursework in data related field
• Proficiency in SQL queries and scripts
• Proficiency in Python
• Familiarity with XML, json, csv data formats
• Relevant coursework, project and work experience in the cleantech / distributed energy resources sector
