Specific Duties:
Support the validation of an existing provider directory of behavioral health resources
Work directly with the product manager on progress for resource validation.
Majority of work will be completed by engaging in outbound phone calls.
Will also keep work updated in Microsoft Excel.

Equity Staffing has a new Accounts Payable Coordinator opportunity available with a reputable company in Overland Park, KS that is seeking A/P support through their 5-6 month busy season starting this Fall! Great fit for candidates with 2+ years of recent experience in A/P and Accounting support roles, and experience with ERP systems like JD Edwards and/or Oracle. $22 - $24/hr. based on experience
Office located in Overland Park, KS - 100% onsite
Duration: 5-6+ months, could go longer!

This position is primarily responsible for executing the freight payment process for the company's supply chain network. The role is responsible for matching vouchers within our pay terms, working the open freight liability aging report, assisting with EDI 210 and 410 processes, Fed-Ex/UPS and rail invoices. Will also have the responsibility for carrier statement reconciliations, and freight payment policies. This position works across all businesses and closely with other logistics leaders, and carriers.

Main Duties:

• Handles Supply Chain payments and voucher matching within established KPI metrics
• Contribute to Freight payment scorecard/report (avg. days to match, productivity, manual pays, open freight aging, and other KPI’s). Enhance scorecards and KPIs to include new capabilities and provide additional visibility
• Reconcile the EDI 210 and 410 process as well as resolve issues and onboarding new carriers
• Pay rail, UPS SCS and Fed-Ex LTL invoices
• Manage the aged open freight liability report by reconciling to carrier statements and cleaning up open freight liabilities on an ongoing basis
• Collaborate with logistics and manage process to ensure payment exceptions are resolved timely
• Identifying carriers that have variances and providing solutions for variance reduction
• Complete JDE freight PO match process and EDI 210/410 JDE & OTM process
• Build strong, collaborative relationships with Operations, Logistics, Finance, Customer Experience and Sales partners
• Evaluate and recommend changes to current business rules that incorporate efficiency upgrades
• Overtime is occasionally needed during busy season, or as conditions warrant
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED is required
• 2+ years related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience and/or training
•Direct experience utilizing a Transportation Management System is helpful
• Work experience with ERP systems such as JD Edwards and Enterprise One (Oracle) is helpful
• Prior roles working as a Business Analyst is beneficial
