Technician Job description:

The essential functions of a pharmacy technician in Prior Authorization are providing expertise and customer service support to members, customers, and/or providers. This position exists to take incoming requests for prior authorizations, for formulary and non formulary medications, while ensuring a high level of customer service and maximizing productivity. Request can be received via fax or telephone, from providers' offices and pharmacists. The position provides clinical review for authorizations in keeping with legal and contractual requirements, including but not limited to turn around times (TATs) and service level agreements (SLAs). The technician must provide the information clearly, accurately and in a professional manner. Interactions with callers must be documented per contractual and various regulatory / legal requirements.

Responsibilities:

* Using established criteria and guidelines, the pharmacy technician receives and processes prior authorization requests made by providers and members for medications not inherently covered on a member's prescription drug plan.
* Answer prior authorization inquiry calls or/and faxes as well as research and resolve formulary and benefit issues using the appropriate reference material.

Interpret provider prescription and create order, access, input and retrieve prescription and medical/lab information from computer system, verifies whether order/drug is reimbursable/covered.- Pharmacists monitor and verify all prescription orders upon creation and dispensing. Calibrate dosing pumps.- Pharmacists in this function may also act as the Pharmacist-in-Charge (PIC) which has additional duties to ensure Pharmacy is in compliance with federal and state regulations, professional standards and internal procedures. Fitness facility recruitment and education, which includes cold calling potential new fitness partners to be part of our network of gyms
Contract pricing negotiations
Conduct Reporting and analysis of the fitness facility network as well as member enrollment/usage metrics
Uses pertinent data and facts to identify and solve a range of problems within area of expertise
Prioritizes and organizes own work to meet deadlines
Provides explanations and information to others on topics within area of expertise

Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED
Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related field is preferred.
Experience with Microsoft Office & Excel

The Information Security OSS/BSS/Retail leader is responsible for the daily and long-term strategic direction of Wireless Security efforts. This individual will be responsible for providing direction and leadership to first-level and Senior Managers of three critical functions, OSS/BSS/Retail security architecture, productization and security engineering.
Primary duties and responsibilities include:
Provide leadership and structure to security architecture and engineering processes
Drive Architectural decisions to ensure that security is forefront in all new endeavors
Grow technical and process integrations across a growing number of SaaS applications
Provide vision and direction to push for a more secure environment
Work with the teams to identify and create process improvement plans
Prioritize project and task requests and provide oversight through completion
Oversee the budding security productization team, supporting security as a service offerings to our end customers
