Job Requirements

RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinate and administer full life cycle recruiting, including but not limited to sourcing, screening, qualifying, interviewing and on boarding
Interview candidates technically and functionally to understand their skill set and best fit for our clients
Establish a strong consultant network base to competitively fill our client’s job requests.
Work with Business Development team to understand our client company’s expectations
Attend networking events, user group/association meetings, social gatherings, client appreciation dinners, etc… in order to build your employee network and relationships with our customers
Lead generation to assist with the development of our business in the local marketplace
Utilize online sources (Job Boards, LinkedIn, etc.) to identify new candidates
Conduct daily calls to qualify and build pipeline of candidates
Upload new candidates and phone interview notes into Applicant Tracking System

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Entrepreneurial Spirit
Drive to go into a Business Development role
Ability to present and facilitate new customer meetings
Ability to accelerate the relationship building and buying cycles
Great time management and multi-tasking skills
