Sr. Business Analyst - Hopkins, MN

In this role, you will be a leader in defining scope, high-level process flows and business context for several projects of various sizes. You will be asked to define user stories and elicit high level and detailed requirements from business stakeholders. Some professional exposure to healthcare is required with experience in the healthcare payer space preferred.


The Sr. Business Analyst works with business partners and end users throughout the organization to understand and document customer requirements and assist with project implementation. These requirements are documented in a way that is understandable to the business with the necessary level of detail and clarity for IT. The Sr. Business Analyst provides analytical guidance to the project team throughout the project lifecycle. Data analysis, understanding of technology, and assisting with the translation of business requirements into system requirements are important to this role.

5+ years of BA experience

Recent experience in Benefit Enrollment and Eligibility, EDI (834/837 inbound and outbound) and Claims Platforms.

Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) would also be helpful but not required.
