Position: Scrum Master/Project Manager Principle
Location: Remotely through 6/30/2021 or longer.
Duration: Contingent work force start date 11/1/2020 through 06/30/2021.

Required Skill Set
Ability to work with 1 – 3 scrum teams, coordinate goals as needed, and a communicate accomplishments including but not limited to sprint metrics
Experience leading scrum teams in a remote working environment
Experience leading a blended team of staffed and contracted resources
Work history including business focus and technical focus
Experience building strong collaborative relationships
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Knowledgeable of practices such as test driven development, continuous integration, iterative development, outcomes based delivery
Project leadership experience to deliver on objectives and commitments
SCRUM/Agile methodology – ability to facilitate any and all scrum ceremonies, planning activities, foster the SCRUM team to self-organize, focus on iterative goals, be accountable to the sprint goals and acceptance criteria.
Project Management - demonstrated ability to communication to leadership, excellent presentation skills, conflict resolution, strong time management skills, ability to maintain RAID, situational awareness – able to quickly identify issues or impacts and raise them
Enterprise level development projects
Ability to provide leadership to the scrum team including developers, business analysts, technical leads and product owners to develop an Agile mindset and promote execution of Agile practices and principles
Partner with stakeholders to ensure valuable demos(EDP Specific-Nice to have)
Ability to drive continuous improvement with stakeholders and SCRUM team members
Strong Technical Data & Analytics skillset, especially with regards to:
Data management practices, including
i. Data governance(EDP Specific-nice to have)

ii. Vender data management
Experience with vendor and client data sets and reporting, including a healthcare environment with HIPAA requirements

Preferred Skillset
Scrum certification: CSM (Scrum Master Certification), Certified Product Owner (CPO), (CSD) Certified Scrum Developer or equivalent Agile experience
PMP (Project Management certification) preferred
Jira experience, ability to leverage the tool for the benefit of the SCRUM team/ project reporting
Experience leading Agile transformation and engineering practices
Knowledge of cloud architecture and the transfer of data from a traditional warehouse to cloud environments
Knowledge of tools and practices associated with cloud architecture (ex: Talend)
Knowledge of security projects and best practices
Knowledge of infrastructure and decommissioning projects and best practices
Knowledge of regulatory/Association requests- -Medicare and Medicaid
Blue (or related, i.e. Further, Prime) experience

Bonus Skillset
Previous experience in development or analytics
Previous experience at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota
FHIR HL7 experience
