Salesforce Architect - Remote

Daily responsibilities:
Salesforce admin/analyst work on business teams and understand configuration parts of Salesforce
Salesforce Developer - coding
Salesforce Architect - understand how code is written (similar to Java, but various salesforce rules), understand configuration, when to code, when to interface with SF components.
Top 3 requirements:
1) Experience in both realms - Admin - configuration and case management
Experience in Development - coding within Salesforce and outside of SF
2) Java or general coding experience - want to design technical experience
3) Ability to work with business partners and analysts to figure out what is needed. Work with developers on scrum test to pass on so they can do the work

Team makeup: 12 scrum teams
Project: Large initiative, building out a common CRM Salesforce tool (called ACET) - Central desktop so all calls coming into the org (non gov) come to central desktop and for agents to handle
Reason role is open: Project above is a big initiative 4 years

Experience: flexible if they have right skills - 5+ years (req shows 10)
Tech Skills: Salesforce -admin & development,
Soft Skills: Ability to work with multiple teams and good communication skills
