Receptionist/Admin Assistant - Richmond, TX

Equity Staffing Group has an excellent opportunity with one of our aerospace clients in the Richmond, TX area as an Administrative Assistant/Receptionist! This position will be working as both a Receptionist and handling Administrative duties. Experience working with Excel, Word and Outlook is required.

1st shift - Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm.

Job Description:
Greets clients and guests.
Receives and routes phone calls and deliveries.
Maintains a clean and neat reception area.
Assisting with mail as needed.
Responsible for distribution of security access devices.
Reports facility maintenance needs to building management.
Coordinates parking space and validation.
Serves as liaison with attorneys in other offices for use of conference rooms and guest offices.


Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED
Microsoft Excel
Microsoft Word
Microsoft Outlook
Ability to work in the Office 365 suite of products.
The demands of this position require the employee to possess excellent communication skills including proper enunciation, correct grammar usage and eligible writing.
Ability to follow both written and verbal instructions and exemplary phone etiquette. 1+ year(s) receptionist experience required.
