The Planning Coordinator performs daily logistical material planning. The core responsibilities include creating and tracking material requisitions using the site’s ERP software and other tools, and analyzing material demands in light of supply. The HR Leave Specialist will maintain extensive, working knowledge of all company leave of absence policy and practice as well as current FMLA federal legislation and state law variances. The position will assist current Leave administrator with leave requests, determine the applicable leave category, verify eligibility based on regulatory rules, track leave documentation and process steps, communicate the determination to employee and the manager (including adverse determinations), and be a resource for the employee and manager on leave process questions and issues.
