The IT Business Analyst role is the liaison between internal customers, ITC, and IT organizations. Manage documentation/tracking of all changes made to letter templates in current version of ELGS to ensure all changes are applied in CL 5.4 version.
Must have qualifications/experience:

Bachelor’s Degree or 3 additional years of work experience
3+ years of business analysis experience that includes experience gathering requirements.
Basic understanding of Agile process
Available to work after hours and weekends to cover migrations and deployments
2+ years of experience with Client Letter (ELGS) platform
