Organizational Change Management Consultant

Below is a high-level overview of this position’s responsibilities for this engagement:



Provides overall project support and project guidance; serves as communications liaison and project champion
Engages key leaders, change champions, and end-users
Identifies stakeholders and end-users and determines how to best involve and communicate to each of stakeholder group
Manages the culture transformation and environment of the institution
Develops specific and customized plans to most effectively support constituencies through the change
Communication planning and execution
Communicates with stakeholders across channels to drive impact and efficacy, potentially including email and website messaging, townhall style meetings, “brown-bag” working discussions, and cohort-based discussions
Identify the objectives of communications in order to measure effectiveness and adjust planning as necessary and appropriate
Impact and Transition Analyses
Evaluates the impact and effects of the implementation on jobs, team and organizational structures, capabilities, and performance expectations
Clearly articulates the goals and objectives of the transformation and identifies the case for change on a more individual level
Training, Learning, & Knowledge Transfer
Supports the development of the required skills and capabilities to enable system and process transformation
Effectively supports training, learning, and knowledge transfer opportunities for the community
