OCM Analyst - Organizational Change Management - Houston TX

Equity Staffing Group has an excellent opportunity with one of our clients in the Houston, TX area as an Organizational Change Management Analyst. This position is an individual contributor role looking for an individual with experience in Organizational Change Management!

This role will report to the CORE Team Lead. As a member of the Cost Forensics program, this position will support the BU and global Forensics Phase 2 & and potentially Phase 3 initiatives. This role will work closely with BU and functional personnel as well as the CMS Team Lead and the Program Lead. This role will serve as a Communications & Training subject matter expert and will leverage past organizational change management program deployments and a candidate’s desire to use their facilitation of training curriculum to impact the overall program effectiveness.

Must have:
Prior experience working as an OCM Analyst.
Ability to create leadership and stakeholder engagement plans
Ability to design, develop, and conduct training

Key skills/experience:
Stakeholder analysis and management, communications and engagement, change impacts
Leading stakeholder analysis efforts, conducting stakeholder interviews, analyzing needs and synthesizing findings
Develop comprehensive communications and engagement plan to address stakeholder needs and move them up the commitment curve
Work with evolve OCM Program Lead to conduct change impact assessment to develop stakeholder’s change journeys
Manage stakeholder expectations and engagement

Required Skills:
Experienced level, typically 5-7 years of experience.
Requires a strong understanding of discipline.
Able to apply knowledge and experience to complex problems and develop recommendations.
Makes decisions within broad parameters.
Acts as an informal resource for others with less experience.
