IDEAL BACKGROUND: Experience supporting Analytics based products within a call center environment is desired.

• Experience with Analytics and other data mining tools (2-3 years experience)
• Current Windows OS Server knowledge (2-3 years experience)
• Intermediate understanding of scripting languages such as Batch file scripting, Power Shell and Python (1 year experience)

What are the top 5-10 responsibilities for this position? (Please be detailed as to what the candidate is expected to do or complete on a daily basis)
• Apply knowledge of technology to monitor performance, identify, troubleshoot multiple systems and take appropriate action to resolve issues in the environment.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business goals and evaluate impact to future system performance and proactively recommend opportunities to improve support.
• Perform basic integrations to enhance the current platform.
• Coordinates all aspects of the build and deployment of infrastructure with the appropriate internal partners and the vendor.
• Provide scripting solutions for monitoring data workflow.
• Develops documentation to support current and test planned configuration changes.
• Performs daily maintenance checks and ensure proper escalation and resolution to challenges found.
• Ongoing daily support of Nexidia hosted-solution and call center support activities including rotational on-call duty.

What software tools/skills are needed to perform these daily responsibilities?
• Current Windows OS Server knowledge.
• Basic understanding of Network Protocols, SFTP, SFTP tools.
• Intermediate understanding of scripting languages such as Batch file scripting, Power Shell and Python.
• Experience with Analytics and other data mining tools
• Intermediate knowledge of MS SQL, SQL Server Management Studio and SQL Server Integration Services.
• Working experience in dataflow automation involving various files formats such as excel, csv, XML and json.
• Basic understanding of ETL.
