Qualified candidates will have advanced knowledge of the .Net framework and experience leading development projects. This role is for self-starters with good communication skills, work ethic, and the ability to participate in all aspects of the software development life cycle.

Top Technical Skills:
• Full Stack Exposure to all different layers (5 total years of experience)
• Web Based Development
o HTML/CSS/JS-Front End Web Exposure
• .Net and SQL
• Advanced knowledge of how to use the Microsoft stack (ASP.NET MVC and WebForms, Razor, SQL Server, IIS) to solve a variety of business problems
• Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
• Experience creating and consuming REST APIs

• Experience with front-end JavaScript libraries such as React, AngularJS, jQuery, jQuery UI
• A variety of experience with technologies like Content Management (eg Sitecore, Umbraco, WordPress), Cloud Computing Platforms (eg Azure, AWS), and cross-platform mobile app development tools (eg Xamarin, Sencha)
• Experience working directly with customer teams of all sizes is desired
• Experience with non-Microsoft languages & technologies (eg Node JS, PostgreSQL, Ruby, PHP)
• Previous Software Development Consulting experience either independent consulting or with a firm

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
• Lead development projects start to finish including technical requirements gathering, data modeling, technology selection, and deployment with guidance from a Technical Lead
• Collaborate with other team members to develop new web applications and custom software
• Meet with clients and craft technology solutions that will meet their business needs
• Maintain and troubleshoot existing web applications and custom software
• Work on multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing effectively to meet our customers’ delivery expectations
• Mentor teammates to share your knowledge and built a stronger team
