Internal Support Specialist-Denver,CO

Equity Staffing is searching for an Internal Support Specialist. This position is with a Fortune 100 organization. Our client serves more than 85 million people and has a reputation for bold ideas. Specific Duties:
Provides ongoing coaching and troubleshooting to support teammate system related questions.
Provides answers and guidance for general People Services questions and a variety of teammate concerns.
Identifies and escalates People Services and system issues and or concerns to appropriate departments and leaders.
Identifies trends and issues with process flows (internal and external teams); makes process improvement recommendations to the manager as appropriate.
Driving and implementing cross-functional support and integration with internal and external teams including Payroll, HRIS, Compensation and Benefits.
Logs calls/inquiries into the call racking system and maintains timely and accurate documentation.
Utilizes knowledgebase system and job aides and proactively recommends enhancements to systems.
Provides increased support to TM support center teammates based on enhanced knowledge.
Other duties as assigned
Performs all other related duties as assigned
Performs quality checks on all work to assure accuracy.
Maintains confidentiality, information security and ethical behavior when handling Company systems.
Attends and participates in required educational training sessions and staff meetings as scheduled and assigned.
Communicates with leaders on an on-going basis, providing information and data as requested including changing needs and requests from employees and support team.
Promptly reports to leadership any arising concerns.
Informs leaders of site or work difficulties, special project requests from facility, and fluctuating volume in daily workload.
Ability to accurately and efficiently utilize a computer for data input, retrieval of data and all other tasks associated with release of information services and time reporting.


Must have qualifications/experience:
High School diploma or equivalent
Excellent Customer Service Skills. Friendly voice and willingness to assist teammates calling for assistance.
Proficient typing skills and Good Grammar.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite of Tools
Effective communication required. Preferred Experience in IT Help Desk Setting.
Accepts new assignments willingly to meet business needs.
Ability to adapt to change and respond to difficult and challenging situations in a professional manner.

Shift Start/End Time: 8:00am – 5:00pm
Remote/onsite: Onsite
