Instructional Designers- Telecommute

Equity Staffing is looking for a Telecommute Instructional Designer. This position is with a Fortune 100 organization.. Our client is changing the future of healthcare and they have the expertise, advanced technology, and global resources to make it happen.

We’re looking for an experienced instructional designer to develop learning solutions for insurance brokers. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience creating learning experiences for sales and account management roles, a mastery of instructional design tools, and a collaborative approach.

Essential Job Functions
Design virtual instructor-led learning and on-demand learning, including presentations, instructional media, audio and video, and activities
Collaborate with sales trainers and business leaders to analyze needs and create learner-focused solutions
Dig into and synthesize complex product, process, and skill content into relevant solutions for brokers and channel partners that drive application of knowledge
Work collaboratively with internal learning partners, such as instructional designers, project managers, graphic designers, video producers and editors
Facilitate testing, review, and evaluation processes; incorporate feedback
Conduct train-the-trainer sessions, dry runs, and pilot training programs, as needed

Minimum Required Education, Experience & Skills
7+ years instructional design experience with top-notch design skills
Experience in the health care industry
Demonstrated experience designing for professional sales audiences, including the ability to understand the sales role and design practical learning solutions
Demonstrated expertise writing professionally for audio, video, and eLearning
Exceptional visual design and layout skills
Graduate degree in related field preferred; Bachelor degree required
Excellent technical skills: MS Office, Adobe products (Photoshop, Audition, Premiere, After Effects), Camtasia, SnagIt, Audacity, or equivalent programs; ability to learn new tools quickly
