Equity Staffing has an exciting HR Recruiting Coordinator opportunity with a highly reputable KC based company, who is adding to their growing Talent Acquisition team! This is a perfect fit for someone with at least 2+ years of experience supporting hiring processes in a corporate HR environment, who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment!

$21 – 23/hr. based on experience + health insurance options available

4 months and potential to go longer!

KC, MO (Crossroads area)


The purpose of this role is to specialize on facilitating the flow of candidates through the entire recruitment and hiring process. You will partner closely with internal Corporate Recruiters, other members of the Talent Acquisition team, and decision makers over hiring decisions – Managers, Directors, and company VP’s.


• Act as primary liaison between the company and job candidates
• Schedule interviews with candidates via email and phone correspondence
• Greet and orientate interviewees
• Arrange any needed travel arrangements or logistics for visiting candidates
• Tack candidates throughout hiring process in Recruiting/ATS software
• Support other activities as needed within the Recruitment/Hiring/Onboarding process


• Bachelor’s Degree, HR focus preferred, or other business field
• 2+ years of experience in a related HR role in a professional corporate environment
• Experience scheduling candidate interviews, providing candidate updates pre and post interviews, onboarding, and orientating new hires
• Experience working in internal Applicant Tracking Systems
• Familiarity with common Recruiting/HR software applications and best practices
• Ability to effectively communicate with decision makers at all organizational levels
