This role does require an initial phone screening and then in person interview. Open to local candidates only at this time.

This is a position that supports a program that helps promote early detection and ongoing assessment of chronic conditions for our client’s Medicare Advantage, Medicaid Managed Care Plan and Affordable Care Act (ACA) members. This position will be responsible for reviewing assessment print orders to validate accuracy and quality before submission to the print vendor.

Receive/Gather Data from Relevant Sources: Using documented procedures to gather data from source applications, review various data points to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Performing Quality Reviews: Validate print orders by comparing information collected from source applications against generated print orders, and accurately document and track of order details, tasks, defects, and resolutions
Document and Resolve Defects: Communicate and interact with appropriate areas on identified issues or discrepancies, and complete research as needed and follow up for resolution. Effectively communicate progress, delays, defects, etc. to team, management, and business partners.

Software used:
Salesforce, SAS, Excel, SQL, Access database

Skills Needed:
• High attention to detail/detailed oriented
• Ability to solve problems and think analytically
• Effective communication skills; not afraid to raise issues or concerns to team/leaders as needed
• Ability to prioritize and organize work to meet defined deadlines/SLAs
• Can effectively work as part of a team
