Title: Administrative Assistant
Pay Rate: $25/hr

Important Details:

This position will provide support to the design-build engineering team for mega infrastructure projects ($1billion dollars+) across the U.S. and Canada, or to multiple smaller infrastructure design-build engineering teams. This is a fast-paced environment.

Fully on-site requirement

This position provides support primarily to the Executive Assistant. In this role you will perform a wide range of clerical and administrative duties designed to help the organization run smoothly, including routine and advanced tasks based on business/department needs.


Provide administrative support to the EA, support services team, employees, and management as directed
Coordinate and arrange meetings including agenda preparation, meeting invitations, reserving and preparing facilities, and arranging offsite meetings and events as requested
Arrange and coordinate travel schedules and reservations as requested
Process expense reports in the Concur system as requested
Manage shared calendars and appointments
Assist and/or arrange conference calls and Teams meetings
Copy, prepare and distribute printed materials
Support team with planning and scheduling of activities
Assist with ordering caterings
Provide backup support to other administrative assistants when needed
Other duties and projects as assigned
Additional expectations: Remember that you are part of a larger administrative team and must be willing and able to provide support as required.


Previous administrative experience in a corporate environment
Strong professional interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks
Ability to handle work of a confidential nature
Ability to meet deadlines, sometimes with short notice
Strong organizational skills
Ability to work both independently and with others to achieve business objectives in an ever-changing environment
